NCR (National Capital Region) also known as Metro Manila, the heart and soul, the regional center of the Philippines.It is the leading region where it is the main educational, financial, culture and government in the Philippines and has more than 12 million people living and still increasing. It is also part of the most populous urban and metropolitan in the world. Consist of 16 cities namely : Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Manila, Malabon, Marikina, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Pasay, Pasig, Parañaque, Pateros, Pateros, San Juan, Quezon City, Taguig, Valenzuela.

For us, tourist wants to travel that has many accommodations not only for entertainment but also will gain knowledge as we explore the city. Metro Manila offers several historical heritages like the famous Rizal Park or Luneta Park where the site of the execution of country’s national hero, Jose Rizal and intramuros that used in Spanish colonial in late 16th century for the purpose to protect the city from foreign invasions. Manila also contains famous attractions like manila ocean park has more than 10,000 different species such as sharks, fishes , turtles etc. and star city, an indoor amusement park has different rides. If the hunger strikes there are many stores, almost half of metro manila businesses are about foods so no worry for hungry tummy. Don’t worry for the choice of food because there are so many dishes to choose from and no regrets to explore each dish of every city in NCR that’s why I consider the manila as one big gastronomic adventure.
